Willow

8.2.17 Update: Willow has been adopted!

Willow was picked up by animal control in Texas with her five puppies and taken to a high kill shelter. As is often the case the puppies were adopted and mom left behind. Willow received all the medical attention that she needed, was quarantined then moved to a quiet foster home to rest and receive much needed attention. She is a very gentle soul, confused about the loss of herebabies and shy about all the changes in her life.

She is on Zignature, a non grain, non poultry diet which is best for her long and healthy life. We are spending a lot of one on one time with her to reassure and build her confidence. She does not have a shred of aggression in her. We think that she will do best in a home and family that will understand all that she has been through and love her back to life. Willow needs understanding, patience and a quiet routine household.  It is worth every second as she is very grateful.
