We understand that if you are viewing the surrender options on our website, something has changed in your life that is causing you to consider parting with your bulldog. This can be a terrifically difficult and sad decision for an owner/family. However it can ultimately lead to peace and harmony in your home and a happier environment for your dog. We are happy to walk you through the process and answer any questions. The actual surrender form is to be filled out only when the decision is made and you are prepared to move forward.
Once filled out and submitted, this surrender form will be reviewed by Vermont English Bulldog Rescue staff and you will be contacted about the result. We are not able to take every dog where there is a surrender request but we do look at each one and consider how we can be of help.
Please know that submitting the Surrender form does not automatically transfer legal ownership to Vermont English Bulldog Rescue nor does it guarantee that we will accept the dog.
