I understand that should I decide to apply to adopt a foster dog/s in my care that I will be held to the same standard as anyone applying and an adoption fee will still apply.

I understand that VEBR will be fully financially responsible for any and all care of foster dog/s including but not limited to food, vet, supplements and any treats or toys/beds. Any needs or expenses must be approved prior to a purchase or reimbursement will not be possible. Foster dog/s will be on very strict diets designed for the breed and the foster parent is asked to not feed anything outside of what is provided.

I agree to give at least a week notice if I find this to be more than I can handle and VEBR will make arrangements to remove dog as quickly as possible.
I understand and agree with everything in this contract and have read it in its entirety and sign of my free will. Any breach of this contract will result in immediate surrender of the dog/s back to VEBR who is the legal owner.

DISCLAIMER: I AM FULLY AWARE THAT VEBR MAKES NO GUARANTEES WHATSOEVER AS TO THE HEALTH, TEMPERAMENT, MENTAL DISPOSITION AND TRAINING OF THE ANIMAL, all dogs are current on vaccines, as well as heartworm negative and on preventative. If he/she is under treatment for any health issues or on any medications, that is disclosed and documented at the time of placement.

RELEASE I HEREBY FULLY AND COMPLETELY RELEASE VEBR, ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, AGENTS, SERVANTS AND EMPLOYEES FROM ANY CLAIM, CAUSE OF ACTION OR LIABILITY FOR ANY DEFECTS OR ILLNESSES THE ANIMAL MAY HAVE OR DEVELOP AND FROM ANY CLAIM, CAUSE OF ACTION OR LIABILITY FOR ANY INJURY OR DEATH TO PERSONS OR ANIMALS OR DAMAGE TO PROPERTY WHICH MAY BE CAUSED BY THE ANIMAL AND TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD VEBR HARMLESS AGAINST ALL CLAIMS, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THOSE ASSERTED BY THIRD PERSONS, FOR ANY INJURY OR DEATH TO PERSONS OR ANIMALS OR DAMAGE TO PROPERTY CAUSED BY THE ANIMAL.

CLAIMS I will at no time assert any claim or demand against VEBR for any cost or expenses which may have been incurred in connection with this animal.
