Penney experienced some level of neglect or mishandling that left her quite withdrawn when she came to us. With gentle handling and encouraging words, she has begun to blossom. Penney is healthy and in great shape. She is quite subdued and as such would make a lovely companion for a home wanting a lower key but sweet and loving dog. Penney is about 45 pounds. Penney walks well on a lash, is house and crate trained and content to lie on a cushy bed and be your forever best friend.
