Moosie meets Sam, our awesome trainer

We had our trainer Sam meet Moosie today. Sam will be seeing him again this weekend and we will formulate a plan. This is not a mean dog. We think that he did not learn how to be a dog and is confused. He could have been born into an environment where things were not ideal. Sometimes pups are taken off mom too soon. Sometimes bottle fed. Sometimes things are just not conducive to a pup feeling safe and secure. Sam agreed that some of his behavior looks like anxiety. Moosie is as sweet as they come. We will do the best we can by him as we do all of the dogs entrusted to us. Networking is critical in rescue work. We know a lot, but so does our vet and our trainer and other bulldog owners and other rescue people. Together we can figure things out so as to best help the dogs.
