Milo (male)

Great Dane    Age: Young Adult

Compatibility:  Good with Most Dogs, Good with Kids and Adults
Personality:  Average Energy, Average Temperament
Health:  Neutered, Vaccinations Current

Milo is a four year old, neutered, vaccinated, heart worm negative, micro-chipped, Great Dane. He is 94 pounds and gaining. We pulled Milo from a high kill shelter in Texas, emaciated and in terrible condition. We had a thorough exam at our private vet clinic including a blood panel to rule out any disease processes.
The vet determined that he was simply starved. He was updated medically and has been in a private foster and has done great. Milo clearly had training at some time, as he knows all basic obedience commands as well as some hand signals. He would make an amazing therapy dog as his stable and low key demeanor would be perfect for public settings. He is great with kids and very good with small dogs but is not a fan of cats…unless it is to chase them.
