Mickey

2.3.18 update: Mickey has been adopted.

Those of us of a certain age will remember the 1980’s hit from Toni Basil, “Mickey.” It goes something like this: “Oh, Mickey, you’re so fine, you’re so fine, you blow my mind. Oh, Mickey, Oh, Mickey…. ” This is the tune Mickey’s foster mom sings to him as they spend their days together getting ready for his upcoming trip to Vermont. .

We believe him to be a Norfolk/Irish Terrier mix and sweet with kids and adults, not so much with cats. He has arrived and has been cleared for adoption.

Everyone, from the shelter personnel, to our Texas foster mom, to the transport people, vets, vet techs, and volunteers say the same thing about this boy, “He is so sweet.” Funny, curious, playful, he is a joy to be with.

Up to date on vaccinations, neutered, heart worm negative, on preventative and ready for his forever home. Twelve pounds of fluff. Great with other dogs and all people. Mickey’s a gem.
