Lenny gets a home for Thanksgiving

I fell in love with this little sausage the moment I received his picture. He is as full of character and spunk in person, perhaps more. Susan and Alan had recently lost their dog and felt the void that so many of us experience. They saw Lenny’s picture and that was it. They made the trip up with their son today and moments later were smitten. How could they not be? Funny thing is that Lenny was “supposed” to be adopted last weekend. That adoption did not happen.

Again, the Universe had its own plan for this boy and was not to be deterred. Lenny was supposed to wait for Susan and Allen and he did. Lenny will stay in Vermont and we will get to watch him grow. What a Thanksgiving to be thankful!
