Jakes finds his home!

Our foster mom, Amy, couldn’t say enough amazing things about Jake. He loved her dogs, her kids, the neighbors and was an absolute joy. Today, Michelle and her family will begin their lives with Jake as he was officially adopted. We will miss his sweet spirt and smile and are confident this handsome boy will have a long, loved life.
