Chloe

It’s Valentines Day! To us at VEBR that means stretch your heart, open your heart, do something that is life changing and lasts longer than chocolate and flowers. Saving seven year old Chloe is what we are doing.

Chloe was picked up as a stray in Alabama. As you can see, she is emaciated, has skin issues, eye issues and most likely issues that we do not know yet. However the shelter reports that she is as sweet as a dog with no history of neglect could be. She obviously has history, so in our book that makes her extra special.
